NOTD: Brucci Bert's Blue

Very pretty metallic baby blue polish with a slight white frosty duochrome. The formula is very sheer, I think this was 4-5 coats.

    Woah! That's crazy! Is it like a silver? Or is it just a metallic, kinda pearly white?
